At first boil the noodles in a pan adding little salt and oil,boil until it become soft,then drain the water and add half table spoon oil so it may not stick,next add little oil in pan,add onion,garlic,chilli,carrot,beans,capsicum,cabbage and stir fry on medium flame for 2 minutes,dont cook vegetable so much keep them slightly crunchy,add boiled noodles to the pan,add souces which is available at home,add salt and little spices as per choice,mix gently all together,cook just for 2 minutes on low flame so it will mixes together.

To prepare this healthy roti pizza, you need to heat a pan and fry the roti from one side by adding little ghee or oil,don’t overfry just make it firm.

After that just apply green chutney on the upper part of fry roti base or you can apply hung curd also and spread little salt.

add sliced cut vegetables like tomato,onion,capsicum,corn on the roti pizza base.
Add grated paneer or cheese in less amount and spices over it,and add chilli flakes,black pepper,oregano and little salt just it.

Place the healthy roti pizza base on the heated pan and cover the lid for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melt. No need to bake on the oven it is easily prepare in Roti Tawa.Healthy Roti pizza is ready to eat.

Ingredients We Need
Whole wheat Flour,salt, black pepper,oil, various kinds of vegetables like cabbage,chilli,beans, carrot,peas,nutrila chunks, onion, capsicum, spring onion,ginger,garlic,chilli flakes.
Step 1

Make a dough of whole wheat flour by adding little oil and salt on the wheat flour and mix it by adding little water and prepare a dough.Rest in one hour and till then prepare for the filling.
Step 2

To prepare the filling of momose,at first wash all the vegetables you want to use for filling than coarse grind it with the help of grinder,take a pan heat it and and slightly fry all the veggies by adding little oil and put some salt,spices,soya chunks after grind it, black pepper and mix all together,you can add soya souce also,now the filling for momose is ready.
Step 3

Now prepare a thin small puri size roti of wheat flour daugh,and fill the filling in the centre and fold it like momose shape.

Step 4
when you fill all the momose,then it’s a time to steam the momose,for it take a steamer and fill water inside, grease the steamer plate and placed all momos,steam it atleast 8 to 10 minutes,It is very healthy and tasty .

To prepare it’s healthy Filling at first heat the pan and add little cumin seeds and little turmeric powder,chopped onion, ginger garlic paste,boiled potatoes and peas,mix it all then add some spices,salt as per requirement and mix it properly,now it is ready to fill in samosa.
Prepare Samosa Base from Wheat Flour

Now take a small ball of dough and roll it in a oval shape and cut the roti int two halves,then take a one half part of roti and make a cone and fil the filling inside and cover the cone with spreading water o the edges and finally close the upper side and slightly press the two corners now the samosa is ready to fry.
Frying Process

To fry these samosas,take a fry pan and add oil in it and heat the oil and fry 4 to 6 samosas and turn it so it will cook evenly,The hot samosas are ready to eat serve it hot with tomato and green chilli chutney.You can also air fry the samosa at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.

Ingredients of Making Pakoras
To prepare this Healthy Pakoras you need following items like
- Oil for cooking
- Besan
- Aata in less quantity
- Oats for good health purpose

Preparation of Making Pakoras

Frying Process

Take a pan and heat it up add cooking oil when the oil get warm,cook the pakaros in a medium flame,don’t try to deep fry otherwise it consumes more oil and it will not good for your health purpose.Now the healthy pakoras are ready to eat.
7.Healthy Burger

You can prepare healthy Burger at home by using whole wheat Burger it is available in the market,It is healthy and tasty and filling.When you are craving for burger try to prepare healthy whole wheat burger at your home.

To prepare whole wheat Burger you need to take a burger of whole wheat and your favourite vegetable like peas onion, carrot, capsicum,chilli,boil potato,some spices like jeera powder, coriander powder,green coriander,chat masala,or tomato chutney,ginger garlic paste.

Take a pan add little oil and add jeer,green chilli, chopped onion,and all your favourite vegetable saute it then add Boiled potatoes and mix it all and add salt and spices as per taste.Now the material is ready to make a tikki,take a small part of material and make tikki of it,Heat the tava and add very little oil,put the tikki in between the whole wheat bun and little fry from one side.
