    It is very easy to prepare sprout moong daal at home,For this you have to soak fresh moong as per ypur requirement for at least 8 to 10 hours after washing it properly ,after that drain all the water,Now it is ready for sprouting,Take a wet thin clean white cotton cloth or you can take muslin cloth instead,Filtered water or squeeze water if any,Placed all the sdoaked moong daal in the cotton cloth,and tie them into a tight bundle.Place that bundle in a bowl or container and cover it halfly with lid and store it in light warm place for 12 to 24 hours.Remember the cloth must remain moist,if you feel that it is dry sprinkle some water with gentle hands,Check your sprout after 24 hours for small, white sprouts to emerge.If you want long sprouts let them rest for 2 days for its longer tails.

    Moong daal mangodi is very delicious,to prepare it you need some whole moong daal,you can also prepare mangodi with split moong daal. Wash all the moong daal until the water become clean and Soak moong daal for 2 to 3 hours, after that grind all the soak moong daal in mixer ,take out the paste and make a fine paste of garlic,ginger,cumin seeds,green chillies,coriander leaves in mixer grinder.

    Now mix the paste with mangodi and add salt and some spices as per your choice, mix all together until it mix well and become fluffy.Take a bowl with water and put some paste into the water bowl ,if the paste started floating,it means the paste is ready to make mangodies.

    I tell you How to Prepare Moonglet For this you need some basic ingredients such as Soaked Moong Daal 1 cup ,Green Chilli,small Onion, Tomato ,Capsicum,Salt, Black pepper,Turmeric powder,Eno Or Baking Soda,Ghee or butter or cooking oil.

    Now I tell you How to Prepare Moonglet, At first soak the moong daal for minimum 2 to 3 hours, then take out the moong daal and wash it properly from the clean water,after that grind the moong daal and make a thick smooth batter,if the paste is extra thick add some little water to make it smooth.

    Now add in batter salt ,black pepper powder,Some finely chopped onoin,tomato,green chilli, capsicum,you can also add some other vegetables as per your choice, Mix all together properly, start heating the pan and spread ghee or butter, on the other side add some eno or soda ,quickly mix it well just before cooking than spread on the heated pan just like a thick pancake,Cover the pan and cooked it in low flame untill it become golden brown in colour from one side.Flip gently and cook the other side. Now it is ready to serve.

    Moong Daal halwa is one of the sweet dish often love to eat by people in wedding,festival time or other occasion.It is a sweet dessert,which is made from soaked moong daal. Moong daal halwa is basically popular in northen Indian states.It is very healthy and tasty.It is easily prepared with less ingrediants.

    Now I tell you How to prepare Moong Daal Halwa in few steps,lets started-

    1st Step- Take the yellow split moong daal and Soak the Yellow Moong Daal for atleast 2 to 3 hours after wash with clean water.When the moong daal is soaked it become soft,now drained all the excess water, and grind all the moong daal and make a coarse paste.

    2nd Step– Take a heavy bottom pan and heat on flame, put all the grind paste on the pan and slowly roasted in hot ghee,but remember it consume more time, it require a constant stirring till the paste is golden brown in colour.

    3rd Step – When the moong daal paste become golden brown, crumbly and aromatic,add liquid and sugar, add milk gradually to the roasted daal,The mixture will sizzle and thicken,continuously stirred andf cooked untill the liquid is fully absorbed.When the halwa become thickens and started leaving the side of the pan as the ghee separates,It is the indication that the moong daal halwa is ready.Add cardamom powder and mix it well.Put off the flame.
